Visual Studio Add-Ins: (in order of favourite-ness)
  1. Regionerate and StyleCop compatible configuration for Regionerate.
  2. JetBrains Resharper and my configuration file.
  3. Stylecop and Stylecop for Resharper and my configuration file for Stylecop.
  4. NUnit and TestDriven.Net 
  5. Ghost Docs
  6. Xaml Formatter (written by me)
  7. Anhk SVN integration into Subversion.
  8. T4 Toolkit by Oleg Sych (Excellent for preventing locked assembly references)
  9. Visual Studio 2010 Colour Scheme
General Stand-Alone tools:
  1. Reflector
  2. Notepad++
  3. Structure Map (a test driven and IoC toolkit)
  4. AutoMapper (a cool automated adaptor toolkit - really useful for DTO patterns)
  5. Kuler a great colour scheme selection tool.
